What's Included?

  • The daily rate includes all utilities and related expenses, internet and television services, parking, and a monthly cleaning service. It is all inclusive!

  • A $1,000 damage deposit is required. The damage deposit is fully refundable after check-out.

  • Our Homeowners Association requires a background check for all adult guests. A $35 fee for this service is paid to an independent, third party service and is not refundable.

How much do I have to pay as a deposit to make a reservation?  What's the cancellation policy?

  • To book a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total due (rent plus damage deposit) is required.

  • The balance will be due 30 days before you check-in.

  • Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before check-in are fully refundable!
